Refund policy
How cancellation, duplicate-charge, failed-service and refund requests are handled for once-off plans.
Effective 3 September 2026Once-off digital access
Pro and Team are once-off purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Paid features are normally activated immediately after verified payment. The price, currency and included features are shown before you continue to Paystack.
Cooling-off requests
Where section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, a consumer may have a seven-day right to cancel an electronic transaction. The Act contains exceptions, including for services that began with the consumer’s consent before the end of that period. Checkout asks you to request immediate activation and acknowledge this consequence. We will assess every request under the law and the facts; this policy does not remove any statutory right.
When to contact us
Contact us promptly if you were charged more than once, the verified plan did not activate, the service was materially defective or misdescribed, the purchase was unauthorised, or you believe a statutory cancellation or refund right applies. Include the account email, Paystack reference, purchase date and a short explanation, but never send card numbers or banking credentials.
How requests are handled
We acknowledge requests and investigate the payment and account records. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where practical. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control. Refunded access may be returned to the appropriate lower plan after the refund is confirmed.
What is not normally refundable
Subject always to non-excludable legal rights, a change of mind after substantial use, inability to use a feature caused by an unsupported third-party email client, or account restriction caused by prohibited conduct will not normally justify a refund. We consider exceptional circumstances fairly.
Submit a request
Email hello@sendsignatures.co.za with the subject “Refund request”. We aim to respond within two business days. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may use any regulator, ombud, tribunal or court available under applicable law.
