The rules that apply when you access SendSignatures, create an account or purchase a plan.
Effective 3 September 2026Agreement and supplier
These terms form an agreement between you and SendSignatures. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy Notice. Supplier identity and contact details appear on this page.
The service
SendSignatures provides tools to design, render, store, test and manage email signatures. Email clients control their own rendering, image loading and signature editors, so exact appearance cannot be guaranteed in every client, device or recipient environment. Installation guidance is informational and not legal, tax or professional advice.
Accounts and authority
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account. If you add a company, employee or team member, you confirm that you are authorised to manage and process that information.
Plans, price and activation
Free and paid plan features and limits are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Paid plans are once-off purchases in South African rand unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Access is activated after Paystack confirms payment and SendSignatures verifies the reference, amount, currency and customer. There is no automatic renewal.
Your content
You retain rights in names, logos, photographs, copy and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and render that content only as needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions and that the content is accurate, lawful and not misleading or harmful.
Acceptable use
Do not use SendSignatures to impersonate others, facilitate fraud or spam, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, upload malicious code, probe or bypass security, disrupt the service, or violate applicable law. We may restrict or suspend access reasonably necessary to address abuse, security or legal risk.
Our intellectual property
The SendSignatures software, site design, templates, branding and original content belong to us or our licensors. Your plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and its generated output for lawful personal or business communications. It does not transfer ownership of the service or permit resale, copying or reverse engineering except where law expressly allows it.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, provider failures, security events and circumstances outside reasonable control can interrupt availability. We may improve or change features while preserving purchased core access where reasonably possible. Material changes to these terms will be published with a revised effective date.
Third-party services
Paystack, hosting, email providers and email clients operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for our service and supplier selection, but not for independent third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
Consumer rights, warranties and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable law. Otherwise, the service is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and aggregate liability relating to a paid plan will not exceed the amount paid for that plan.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment, normally after reasonable notice where circumstances allow. Terms concerning payments, ownership, liability and records survive where their nature requires it.
Governing law and disputes
South African law governs these terms. Please contact hello@sendsignatures.co.za first so we can try to resolve a complaint. This does not prevent either party from using a regulator, tribunal or court with lawful jurisdiction.
