How to Add an Email Signature to Gmail
Follow these steps to add a formatted email signature to Gmail on the web, set account defaults and test the finished installation.

Gmail on a computer supports formatted signatures, images and multiple signature defaults. Use the desktop website for the full design.

Copy your finished signature
Open your completed SendSignatures design and select Copy signature. Keep this guide open in another tab while you install it.

Open Gmail settings
In Gmail on a computer, select the settings gear, choose See all settings, and remain on the General tab.

Create the signature
Scroll to Signature, select Create new, give the signature a clear name, then click inside the signature editor and paste.

Choose your defaults
Select the signature for new messages and, if appropriate, replies and forwards. Choose the correct “Send mail as” address when you use aliases.

Save the Gmail settings
Scroll to the bottom of the General page and select Save Changes.

Send a proper test
Compose a new message to yourself and check the result in both a desktop and mobile inbox. Test every link and confirm that remote images load.
